Ok, i think you are in the middle of a typical artist crisis. I have been there some times, and the other thing that really helps me is to draw because i want and joining the process.
When your hobby becomes your job it turns into a difficult thing to take, but it's also an art work, you need to put your heart and to feel it, not just to finish it and give to the editor. So it helps to remember when you used to draw as a hobby, your own characters that you love, and everything that make you feel good.
Take a rest if you need too

Sorry you're feeling so bogged down by 'Games'. I never intended on that.

We did get new reviews on the KINDLE edition of Volume 1 recently at Amazon and the blog Boys Next Door. KINDLE royalties will pay out soon, not much - but it's something. Also, DMP will be releasing the English edition at emanga.com so you'll likely be seeing some royalties from that by Spring.

The German print edition is slated for release at the end of September. I'm hoping they have it done in time to sell at Konnichi, this way the advance is made back quickly and we start earning a royalty for it.

But, I always miss it when I draw, you know? Even when I'm so fed up with what I'm doin', I always take a breather, and come back ready to do it again. Oh gosh, Ms. T! I gotta clear it up that it's not about Games that I'm getting bogged down... It's more about me setting higher standards for myself, wanting to improve but not having the time to practice and study new techniques, so I'm basically stuck at my level and am frustrating myself cos I don't want to settle for that for any of my projects.

That's when I go and think, why do I even put such pressure on myself? Sigh. I used to be so much happier when I was just all low-profile and doing webmanga for fun... haha. So sorry for the misunderstanding + rant! It's not about Games at all! (Haha, you know me... So anal.) >___<;;;

I'm sure you'll be fine Dear. We talked about the vision thing right? I still think you should get it checked by an actual doctor first chance you get, but I'm sure it'll all be okay. Don't worry about your art so much. You've already improved massively in the past couple of years. Take it easy for a bit and try to relax okay? You're still really young and you have tons of time to improve and get more art done. Don't overwork yourself now.

Thank G*d! I often forget that when I sell projects, the art is laborious - two volumes is quite a bit much and I got worried. =_=;

Maybe art overload - so much school and art that's not as fun as you like it to be? You'll get through it, I know you will.
