Lan-lan is now in the care of Tako, who just happens to be his biggest fan... while Fei-fei will come with me to Hangzhou. As ~chicharon put it, "So everytime you come back [to Manila from China], they can have plushie-bonding* sessions! " (Censored for language, LOL! Srsly, I Ellaine.)

Anyway, back to the commissions! The keychain plushies should be around 3-4 inches tall, and come with an optional keychain or cellphone strap. The rate is 30-40 USD for international orders, and 250 PHP for Philippine orders. Response is usually prompt, service is more than satisfactory, and shipping is absolutely free! In other news, I'll be flying back to China tomorrow. I won't personally be at the LO Con, but Tako, with ~chicharon's help, will take care of our goods. I really hope we get those indies out since Tako and I are both quite busy... @v@;;;

Going back to Manila this Thurday night -- finally, right? I miss Jollibee, dirty ice cream, and Disney Channel. XD

Will be in the country from July 17 to August 17, and very busy... almost no time for gimmicks. Can't have everything, eh?

July 8, 2008: China Scholarship.

I'm not feeling it yet actually. My mom, on the other hand, is busy phoning relatives / friends all over the world about it right nao. UNREAL.

So, yeah, I BAGGED THE SCHOLARSHIP! The Chinese embassy is sending me not to Tsinghua in Beijing, but to China Academy of Art in Hangzhou! This is actually a life-saving twist of fate -- I was just worrying about Beijing's harsh weather last night.

Shit, now I gotta worry about learning all those art basics FROM SCRATCH, and being able to catch up with the l33t of the l33t Mainland art students!

Anyway, I need to go back to Manila to get some paperwork done. Actually, I might not have to / be able to go back to Manila like I promised anymore. Classes start at Semtember 1st. Meaning... I might not be able to go to the LO Yaoi Con afterall. I still need to talk to Tako and see if she'd be okay with renting a booth on her own.
